(Key Man) Critical Illness Cover, is designed to enable employers to provide a Cash Lump Sum (and other associated benefits) to employees who are unable to work as a result of a Critical Illness.

Key man CIC pays out money to the business should an insured person die or suffer from some form of critical illness. The money can be used as the company sees fit. It doesn’t necessarily have to be used to recruit and train a replacement for the insured person. It could also be used to ensure that the key man and spouse are financially secure.
