| Accord IFA was founded in 1999 by Mike Le Seelleur,
the principal director, who having trained as a financial planning
analyst became disenchanted when the financial services industry in
general moved away from ‘needs based’ financial planning
and reverted to the old fashioned product selling of yesteryear.
